SHIPPING POLICY
At B.Extensions, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Every order is handled with care to ensure your hair arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Please review our processing and shipping information before placing your order.
Order Processing
Ready-to-Ship Orders
Ready-to-ship wigs and in-stock products are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Signature Collection | Made-to-Order
Our Signature Collection features made-to-order wigs that require approximately 7–14 business days for preparation and customization before shipment.
Custom Wig Construction
Orders placed through our Build Your Own Unit (B.Y.O.U.) or Bring Your Own Bundles (B.Y.O.B.) services have processing times that vary depending on the selected construction and customization options.
Estimated turnaround times will be communicated during the ordering process.
Please Note: Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays. Processing and construction times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Options & Delivery
B.Extensions currently ships within the United States.
Available shipping options include:
Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact B.Extensions as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update your information before shipment. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
B.Extensions carefully prepares orders for shipment and provides tracking information once available.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier and notify B.Extensions.
We will assist with reviewing tracking information and initiating a carrier investigation or claim when appropriate.
Missing or damaged shipments will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
B.Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. However, this policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, B.Extensions ships exclusively within the United States.
International shipping may become available in the future.
