RETURN POLICY

At B.EXTENSIONS, we prioritize hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. For this reason, all sales are final, with the exception of wigs that meet the criteria below.

✅ Eligible for Return

We do accept returns on unused wigs with lace intact (uncut and unaltered).

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The wig must be in original condition (no styling, cutting, coloring, or product applied)
  • Lace must be uncut and untouched
  • A return label will be provided once approved


Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.


❌ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Custom wigs or made-to-order units
  • Bundles (once opened or unwrapped)
  • Any product showing signs of wear, manipulation, or product use
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Orders placed with incorrect addresses


⚠️ Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or believe your order is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
