• Raw Hair is 100% unprocessed, sourced from single donors, with zero chemical treatment. It’s the highest quality on the market and lasts 3+ years with proper care.
• Virgin Hair has not been chemically processed but may be steam-patterned for uniform texture. Still great quality, but slightly more altered than raw.

All custom wigs come plucked, bleached , styled, and ready to wear. You can also request an elastic band or adjustable straps.

We only accept returns on wigs with uncut lace. Hair extensions and custom orders are final sale. For return inquiries, email us within 48 hours of delivery.
