Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes. Pick up is available in the Metro Atlanta area. Local Delivery is available too at a fee.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping takes 2–5 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking details via email.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. International shipping will be available soon.
Can I make changes to an order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t begun processing, we may be able to update it. Email us within 12 hours of purchase at services.bextensions@gmail.com.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes — rush services may be available for select products. Please email us before placing your order to confirm availability.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process before shipping. Custom units may require up to 10–14 business days, depending on complexity
What’s the difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?
- Raw Hair is 100% unprocessed, sourced from single donors, with zero chemical treatment. It’s the highest quality on the market and lasts 3+ years with proper care.
- Virgin Hair has not been chemically processed but may be steam-patterned for uniform texture. Still great quality, but slightly more altered than raw.
Are your wigs glueless?
Yes — most of our units are glueless and beginner-friendly, designed with comfort and convenience in mind.
I don’t like lace. Do you offer no-lace options?
Absolutely. Check out our Lace-Free Looks collection for styles designed without lace, perfect for quick installs and low-maintenance wear.
How do I know my wig size?
Check out our Wig Measuring Guide under the “Your Hair Manual” tab for a full breakdown. You’ll need a soft tape measure and about 5–10 minutes.
Can I build my own unit?
Yes! Visit our B.YOU section to submit your preferences, measurements, and inspo pics.
What’s included in a custom unit?
All custom wigs come plucked, bleached , styled, and ready to wear. You can also request an elastic band or adjustable straps.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We only accept returns on wigs with uncut lace. Hair extensions and custom orders are final sale. For return inquiries, email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Refunds are only issued on cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase if processing hasn’t begun
