This service requires a 7 business day turn around. PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY.

Once Payment is processed, you will be contacted via email to confirm your measurements and unit details listed on your completed form.

You will also be contacted to confirm your option of bringing in your hair. If you are shipping it in, an address will be provided to you. If you are physically dropping off your hair a day & time will be confirmed with you.

Shipping is normally between 5-7 business days within the U.S. and 6-10 days outside the U.S.

Wig Kits & packages containing hair extensions will require a signature upon delivery. 

While we strive to ensure that customers gets their orders in a timely fashion, we ask that customers please be aware of unexpected shipping delays.
